Beighen is a Pailune settlement known for its traditional candlery, where players can acquire unique light-source items essential for exploring the region's many dark caves and frozen dungeons. The village sits south of Pailune city at an important crossroad, with a small wooden shrine nearby that contains a hidden Abyss Cresset. Players passing through Beighen can stock up on cold-weather supplies, accept local faction quests from the beleaguered townsfolk, and learn crafting recipes specific to the northern tundra. The Beighen Candlery itself is a charming point of interest where the art of traditional candle-making provides both practical gear and atmospheric worldbuilding.
