Mining is a resource gathering activity that extracts ore, stone, and minerals from rock formations using a pickaxe. The harvested materials are used in crafting, blacksmithing, and alchemical recipes.

The richest ore veins are found in the White Mountains and Kweiden's subterranean passages, where silver and gold deposits appear alongside common iron and copper nodes. Mining nodes respawn on a timer, so establishing a regular circuit through multiple regions maximizes yield per session. Players who complete the Kweiden mining guild questline unlock passive Silver Dust and Gold Dust generation, a valuable long-term benefit that provides a steady trickle of refined materials without requiring active gathering trips. Upgraded pickaxes crafted at Marni's Masterium increase ore yield per swing and reveal hidden gem deposits embedded within standard rock formations.

Mining allows players to extract ores and precious gems from deposits found in caves, mountainsides, and underground tunnels throughout Pywel. The minigame features a precision-striking mechanic where hitting weak points in the rock yields bonus materials, and discovering rare gem veins can provide extremely valuable resources for high-end equipment crafting.
