The strategic applications of Blind are extensive. Against ranged enemies. Archers, Pistol users, Shamans. Blind makes their ranged attacks unreliable, dramatically reducing incoming damage during the effect window and creating safe approach angles. Against melee enemies, Blind causes their swing tracking to lag, meaning attacks that would normally track a dodging player will miss more frequently. Most powerfully for Dagger and fast-weapon players, Blind creates safe windows for the close-range approaches that these weapon types require, turning otherwise dangerous dashes into low-risk entry moves.
