Defeat the Desert Ancient is a main story boss quest in the Crimson Desert region featuring an ancient fire-based boss with devastating homing attack patterns. The Desert Ancient channels the heat of the red desert into fire projectiles that track the player's movement.

The homing fire attacks require sustained lateral movement to avoid rather than simple dodge timing. Fire Resistance Potions are essential for this fight.
